Renews Magazine
"Renews" is not just any magazine, it is a creative project that brings a fresh perspective to the world of newspapers. Designed for young people, the magazine's title is an amalgamation of two words, "re" and "news," suggesting the magazine's focus on renewal and current events. The magazine's layout is carefully crafted to maintain the reader's interest, with each page featuring a set number of words that are easy to read and comprehend.
Challenge
The challenge was to maintain the reader's interest and prevent boredom by keeping a set number of words on each page and creating a visually appealing layout that fits the theme of a modern newspaper.
Solution
To achieve this, I designed a layout that is enjoyable to read while still adhering to the traditional column width of a newspaper. The addition of bold text helps to create visual contrast within each page, further keeping the reader's attention engaged.
